FIVE REASONS TO EAT POMEGRANATE DAILY!

In them (both) will be fruits, and date- palms and pomegranates.
{Surat Ar Rahman 55: Verse 68}

1. It is known to reduce atherosclerosis, which is one of the leading causes of heart disease.

Its high contents of anti- oxidants stimulate the white blood cells to neutralize toxins in the body thereby promoting a strong and healthy immune system.

3. BOOSTS IMMUNITY: Pomegranate has strong anti-bacterial and anti-microbial properties which help fight viruses and bacteria and boost our immunity system.

4. PREVENTS ANAEMIA: Anaemia is a condition caused by the deficiency of red blood cells in the body. Pomegranate contains ample amount of iron which helps in surmounting a deficit of red blood cells in the body if any.

5. IMPROVES THE TEXTURE OF SKIN: Pomegranates are also known to extend the life of fibroblasts which are responsible for the production of collagen and elastin that tighten the skin and prevent the formation of fine lines and wrinkles.
